DO NOT!!! DELETE THESE FILES - they are used by
all of the AniS Java animations running on this machine
(i.e. http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/ and http://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/)
Whenever Tom Whittaker releases a new version of AniS, these
files should be replaced with the new ones.  Refer
to http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/employee_info/animations.html for more
information.

AniS updated to 2.13 to fix problem with autorefresh with
(you guessed it) JVM 1.4.1.

AniS update to 2.20 to add capabilities to always zoom, to roam 
while zoomed, to use less memory when zooming, to allow for files
to be read from an archive, and to allow scaling to a specified
size.
